Purchase of Various Vehicles for the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office

The County of Mercer requests bids for various new 2026 vehicles for use by the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office. The County requests the bid price to be held for one (1) year.  All references to brand name shall be interpreted as brand name or equivalent. The award will be given to the bidder(s) whom is deemed responsive and responsible with the lowest unit cost for each vehicle; the County holds the right to award multiple contracts. Please submit all questions  via email to imaldonado@mercercounty.org or via the BidNet Portal. Deadline for all questions is February 25,2026.

The various vehicles are as follows; models must be 2026 or newer:

1.One (1) 2026 Toyota Tundra 4WD SR5 Crew Max Cab 5.5' Bed or equivalent to a Toyota Tundra 4WD SR5 Crew Max Cab 5.5'

2. One (1) 2026 Nissan Rogue AWD S or equivalent to a 2026 Nissan Rogue AWD S
