The purpose of this procurement is to purchase 115 RE (Railway Engineering) Turnout Frog Plates for Ballasted and Direct Fixation special trackwork for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). All labor, materials, and equipment required to design, manufacture, test, inspect, and deliver frog plates with associated rail braces and serrated caps by meeting the technical specifications/drawings in this Scope of Work (SOW).
