T he Twp Police Dept is in need of new & replacement uniforms & equipment for its Police Officers.

Please download specifications below for all details & requirements.

Contract Pricing will be accepted for all of the listed uniform and equipment sections on the 12 separate price sheets. Each vendor MUST submit pricing for ALL of the listed items in each of the 12 sections to be considered for the Police Uniform and Equipment contract. Partial submissions will not be accepted.

One vendor may be awarded a contract for the Police Uniforms and Equipment Bid. The contract(s) shall be awarded to the bidder(s) who propose(s) the lowest total bid on the 2026 Price Quote Sheet. The 2026 Price Quote Sheet consists of those uniform and equipment items most commonly purchased by this agency. The “Quote Total” will be used for the evaluation and award.

Vendor shall list a location within 5 miles of Rt 70 & Rt 41 crossroads (Cherry Hill Twp) to offer measurements at least one day per month OR arrange for space at the Cherry Hill Twp Municipal Building complex.

It is a mandatory requirement that each section be completed with a price for each item.

Miscellaneous:

Applicant/proposal shall submit 1 original and should submit 1 complete & exact copy of the original and should submit an electronic copy on a flash drive.
