NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Jones County, Mississippi, will

receive sealed bids until Thursday, January 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM for the purchase of one

Asphalt Paver to include a two, three, and four year buy-back option.

Specifications are on file with the Board of Supervisors at the Jones County Courthouse

in Laurel, Mississippi located at 415 N. 5th Avenue Laurel, MS 39440.

The bid must be marked on the outside of the sealed envelope indicating what the bid is

for and should also include the name, address and telephone number of the bidder. The bid

should be submitted to the Board of Supervisors at the Laurel Courthouse no later than 10:00

AM on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to

determine the best bid.
