Description:

The County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), is soliciting bids from qualified nutrient mitigation banks for the purchase of approximately nine point forty-five pounds (9.45 lbs.) of perpetual phosphorous credits. The impacts are located within the Middle Potomac River Watershed, Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) 02070008 and are associated with the Evergreen Mills Road and Watson Road Intersection Improvement Project. The credits will provide compensatory mitigation for the proposed impacts of the construction of the intersection improvements at Evergreen Mills Road and Watson Road.
