This Contract is for the purchase of Nitrogen Generators and related equipment for including not limited to the following models: Genius XE70 230V; Genius XE35 12V; and NM32LA; and related equipment (collectively, the “Equipment”). Services include delivery, installation, preventive maintenance (“PM”), repairs, twenty-four hours technical support and emergency Services of Equipment for the Client Agency.
