Purchase of Minivan for Senior Citizen Transportation Services

The County of Mercer is soliciting bids, through this Advertisement for Bids (AFB), from qualified vendors to provide a mini-van with three rows of seating. Basic features: running boards, AWD, air conditioning, heating, auto-windows, sliding door, automatic drive, spare tire, radio and all regulatory safety features.  Vehicle exterior to be white. 2023 or newer – never used. Vehicle equivalent to a Toyota Sienna or equivalent – Make and Model only provided for reference, not specified. All reference to brand name shall be interpreted as brand name or equivalent. Respondents will provide complete specifications, diagrams and full list of options and additional charges that may apply. Bid shall include delivery cost and two (2)  physical and a digital training/drivers and maintenance manual(s).
