2025-07 Purchase of HVAC Equipment – Brownstone Intermediate School

Portland Public Schools is accepting bids for the purchase of Weil McLain H-1588-S steam knock down boiler(s) and Weil McLain Power Flame WCR-3 G 25 NG burner(s), mounting plate(s) and controls to be used at our Brownstone Intermediate School. Bids will be received for Bid #2025-07 until 11:30 a.m. EST on Wednesday April 23, 2025 at the Office of the Director of Finance, Room 204, located at 33 East Main Street, P.O. Box 71, Portland, CT 06480-0071. Immediately thereafter, bids will be opened publicly. Bidders are responsible for dropping off or sending the sealed bids via United States Postal Service or commercial carrier so that they arrive by the deadline. All sealed bids must be marked “Bid 2025-07 – HVAC Equipment Brownstone Intermediate School – DO NOT OPEN” and submitted on forms in accordance with specifications obtained in the Office of Director of Finance – Room 204. Bid documents can be obtained during Town normal operating hours by emailing trobinson@portlandct.org.
