Solicitation Summary

The City of Gaithersburg (“City”) is seeking sealed Bids to purchase two (2) 2026 39,000 GVW single axle dump trucks with snowplows and tailgate spreaders.
The Bidder shall be an authorized dealer or distributor for the chassis manufacturer and dump body manufacturer proposed. Documentation confirming current authorization shall be required.
The Bidder shall have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience supplying heavy-duty trucks or similar commercial equipment to governmental or commercial fleet customers. Experience must include parts, service, and warranty support.
