Bidders are invited to provide an in-person demonstration of their CERT Backpacks and all supplies. This demonstration is optional and will be held on Wednesday April 16,2025 at 3:00PM at Ventura Police Department Headquarters 1425 Dowell Drive, Ventura CA 93004. Demonstration allotted times for each Bidder are subject to change. Bidders that are seeking to participate are required to RSVP no later than Friday April 11,2025 at 2:00PM by emailing Patricia Zavala, Senior Buyer at
