Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the Waukegan Police Department, at Waukegan Police Department, Attn:  Cmdr. Lopez, 101 N. West St., Waukegan IL 60085-4316 until March 31, 2025 at 10:00 am Central Standard Time (CST) for:

PURCHASE OF CLASS A BLOUSECOATS

In accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Police Department, this will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. Bids will be opened on March 31, 2025 at 10:15 am at Waukegan Police Department, 101 N. West St., and bids will be due March 31, 2025 at 10:00 am.

Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the bidder and the words:

Bids shall be addressed to Commander Francisco Lopez, Waukegan Police Department, 101 N. West St., Waukegan Illinois 60085-4316 and shall be received before 10:00 amMarch 31, 2025.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.

Each bidder, by making a bid to furnish the aforementioned item(s), signifies their intention and good faith to enter into contract with the City of Waukegan should they be awarded the bid.
