PURCHASE OF CISCO EQUIPMENT FOR NETWORK SWITCH

The City of Anaheim, Central Purchasing Office , (hereinafter referred to as City) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for PURCHASE OF CISCO EQUIPMENT FOR NETWORK SWITCH . The award, (hereinafter referred to as Award) will be between the City and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) in accordance with the City General Terms & Conditions, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the City’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the City General Terms & Conditions and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits. City intends to make an individual award to the supplier who provides the lowest responsive bid for the configured switch. However, the City does reserve the right to make a split award for those items if it is in the best interest of the Cit to do so. This bid must be for Brand new, factory sealed equipment only. No refurbished, used, or previously sold equipment.
