The City of South Portland, Maine, is accepting proposals to manufacture and provide one Type III Ambulance, which will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 20, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Vendors must be registered to submit a proposal. Proposals from vendors not registered with the City may be rejected. Vendor will be formally registered once they have downloaded an electronic (PDF) copy of the Bid Document at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx. Printed copies of the Bid Documents are not available.
All proposals shall include the enclosed Proposal forms. Proposals will remain open for sixty (60) days after their opening.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the City.

Questions received less than 5 working days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner.
