I. PURPOSE OF THIS ADDENDUM
• The purpose of this Addendum No. 1 is to increase the quantity of equipment
requested in the original Request for Proposals (RFP) from one (1) backhoe to two
(2) backhoes.
II. MODIFICATION TO QUANTITY
The specifications regarding the number of units required are hereby amended as follows:
• REVISED QUANTITY: The total number of units requested is increased from one (1)
backhoe to two (2) backhoes.
• SCOPE OF WORK: All technical specifications, attachments, and features required
for the "2026 John Deere 410L Backhoe or Newest Equivalent Model" shall apply
equally to both units.
• PRICING: Bidders should provide pricing for two (2) backhoes.
III. REMAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All other dates, terms, and conditions of the original RFP remain in full force and effect.
