You are invited to submit a proposal to the City of Richmond Hill (GA) for a Class A Fire Engine.

Attached hereto are the general conditions, technical specifications, and submittal format.

The written requirements contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall not be changed or superseded except by written addendum from The City of Richmond Hill. Failure to comply with the written requirements for this RFP may result in disqualification of the submittal.

Responses to the RFP will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. (ET) on June 30, 2026.

Electronic submissions will not be accepted.

The City of Richmond Hill reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award contracts based on the highest and best interest of the City.

All questions about this RFP and submission requirements must be directed in writing and received no later than Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (ET) to Brendon Greene, Fire Chief via email at bgreene@richmondhill-ga.gov. No responses will be given to questions submitted after that time.

Any unauthorized contact shall not be responded to and may result in the disqualification of the responder¿s submittal. Answers to questions submitted will be communicated to respondents via addendum to the RFP and will be posted on the City¿s website.
