Scope of Services
It is the intent of this invitation for Bid to engage with a successful Bidder(s) for Purchase and Installation of one (1) new pre-fabricated Smith-Built metal building (pole barn) with roof based on a fixed price, in accordance with the following specifications listed herein. It is understood that there may be additions or deletions to the list specified herein during the life of this contract as dictated by KUA’s service protocols. KUA intends to install a roof only structure (Pole Barn) in the wire and transformer storage area, also known as the Pole Yard. The winning bidder will purchase a pre-fabricated 60’ x 220’ steel Smith-Built (see preliminary building plans as - Exhibit B) and install it at the pre-determined location in the Pole Yard.
