Purchase and Installation of Office and Classroom Furniture

The Fort Worth Independent School District is accepting RFP's (Request for Proposals) for Purchase and Installation of Office and Classroom Furniture that will be purchased on an "as needed" basis.
The period of performance is from date of award to September 30, 2027 with four (4) option years. All purchase orders dated and issued will be subject to the terms and conditions of this RFP.
It is the intent of this Solicitation to establish a discount from shelf pricing contract. Proposers should indicate a primary discount (even if the discount is "0%" or shelf price), but may offer multiple discounts by category and/or total purchase. These items will normally be purchased in small quantities on an "As Needed" basis by more than 125+ campuses and departments throughout the city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

Questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of this proposal shall be requested within the eBidding portal no later than 2:00 pm on April 6, 2026.
