Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified suppliers for the Purchase and Installation

of Kitchen Equipment for the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Casey Beauston, Purchasing

Associate III. Quotes should be received by 3:00 P.M. on September 9, 2026 by email

casey.beauston@gwinnettcounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services - 2nd Floor -

Purchasing Division, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.

Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Casey Beauston, Purchasing Associate III, at

casey.beauston@gwinnettcounty.com or by calling 770-822-7995 no later than 12:00 P.M. on September

4, 2026. Quotes are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. The written Quote documents

supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.

Successful awarded supplier will be required to meet insurance requirements. Insurance Company must

be authorized to do business in Georgia by The Georgia Insurance Department, listed in the Department of

Treasury's Publication of Companies holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Surety on Federal

Bonds and as acceptable reinsuring companies, and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-7 or higher.

Gwinnett County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its programs

County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed

in its best interest. Quotes may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the option to

negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion.

I. SCOPE OF WORK

1. Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting competitive quotes from

qualified suppliers for the purchase and installation of kitchen equipment at Lenora Park

Community Center.

2. The successful supplier shall furnish all labor, delivery, and materials required to supply and

deliver the equipment. Some items (not all) will also need to be installed. Refer to Quote

Schedule for details. No old equipment will need to be removed and hauled away.

3. Suppliers are not obligated to quote on all items; partial quotes will be accepted.

II. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. REFERENCES

A minimum of three (3) references shall be provided on the “References” form included herein.

References must clearly demonstrate the successful completion of similar projects within the past

five (5) years.

2. The use of brand name is not for restrictive purposes or to limit competition, but to assist suppliers

in determining the standard of quality and basis of design Gwinnett County is seeking. It shall be

understood that items equaling or surpassing the quality level are also acceptable. Gwinnett County

shall be the sole determinant of acceptability of all approved equivalents. It is the supplier's

responsibility to prove equivalent products equal or exceed the quality level of the product(s)

specified.

III. LOCATION

The site is located at the address below. No special clearance or authorization is needed to access the

building, although the awarded supplier will coordinate delivery with a department representative. The

parking lot will accommodate a delivery truck.
