Project Description:

The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting quotes from qualified contractors to purchase and install a code-compliant 14’ x 24’ steel building with a covered porch at the Clay County Fairgrounds (equivalent to or better than a Handi-House Portable Building). The structure will serve as a potential first aid station during events. The contractor shall be responsible for all permitting, site preparation, utilities, ADA-compliant access, electrical, HVAC, interior finishes, and final installation in accordance with applicable codes and facility standards. Building colors, materials, and finishes shall match the existing exhibit halls and meet all specified functional and accessibility requirements.
