dust, exhaust, and other contaminants.

Site Visit:
Prospective vendors are invited to attend a site visit on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central
Time, located at 1318 SE Loop, San Antonio, TX 78220. Attendance at the site visit is optional but highly
encouraged.
All vendors must follow the guidelines outlined below:
1. Vendors interested in attending the site visit in person must RSVP by Wednesday, September 9, 2026,
at 4:00 PM Central Time via email to Genaro.DeLeon@sanantonio.gov.
2. All attendees must check in with the City's procurement staff member upon arrival to sign in.
