**PLEASE NOTE: Chatham County does not utilize third parties to obtain bids on its behalf. ** Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor required to furnish, and install flood lights at the Chatham County Sheriff Office (CCSO) Firing Range #4 and #5. Equivalents to specifications will not be accepted. During the bidding process, bidders are not to contact any department directly.

All questions regarding this project should be submitted in writing, to include the bid number and project name through the Chatham County Purchasing portal: https://chathamcountyga.bonfirehub.com/portal to Bernadine Bruen, Procurement Specialist. DEADLINE FOR ALL QUESTIONS is noted on the procurement portal under Project Details.

MANDATORY ONSITE PRE-BID CONFERENCES and site visits has been scheduled to discuss the specifications and to resolve any questions and/or misunderstanding that may arise. There will be two (2) mandatory pre-bid conferences. Potential bidders will only be required to attend one. The first PRE-BID conference will be held on October 08, 2024, at 10:00AM. The second PRE-BID conference will be held on October 16, 2024, at 10:00AM.

Each PRE-BID conference will be held in the Multi-Purpose Building at the Chatham County Sheriff Office Firing Range, 1050 Carl Griffin Dr., Savannah, Georgia 31405 (follow the Chatham County Range Facility signs, that are red with white lettering).
