Purchase & Install Car, Interview Room and Body Worn Camera Systems

NOTICE TO PROPOSERS

The City of Galesburg, Illinois, is requesting sealed proposals to purchase and install car, interview room and body worn camera systems for the Galesburg Police Department. Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, August 27, 2025, at the office of the Purchasing Agent; located in City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, Galesburg, IL, 61401. Proposal documents may be obtained at the office of the Purchasing Agent or online at www.ci.galesburg.il.us. Resolution No. 90-74 requires compliance with the Human Relations Act and all pertinent federal and state rules and regulations. Vendors will be required to comply with all applicable EEO laws and regulations. The right is reserved to accept any proposal or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all proposals. The City will award a contract for the proposal that best meets the goals of the project and is most advantageous to the City of Galesburg; price and other factors considered.
