Purchase 4 each Multidirectional Side Loading Forklifts, Kawakami, Akizuki Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima and Okinawa Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary for Purchase of four (4) each brand-new Multi-Dierction Side Loading Forklift Trucks as attached Specification to Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima, Akizuki Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima and Okinawa Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan

Note 1. The contractor shall directly deliver two (2) each forklift to Kawakami Amuunition Depot, Hiroshima, one (1) each forklift to Akizuki Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima, and one (1) each forklfit to Okinawa Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan

Note 2. The contractor shall provide warranty for maintenance and repair services within 24 hours after the Contracting Officer's Representative's notice.

Note 3. The constractor shall provide Operation Manual, Replacement Parts List and Eletrical Drawing written in both English and Japanese.

Note 4. Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement.

Note 5. If your company is located outside of Japan, please provide the POC's Information of your Japanese Partern Company.

Note 6. The contractor shall provide brand-new Multi Direction Side Loading Forklifts.
