The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary for Purchase of two (2) each Multi-Dierction Side Loading Forklift Trucks as attached Specification to Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima, Japan

Note 1. FOB: DESTINATION - The contractor shall DIRECTORY deliver the forklifts to Kawakami Amuunition Depot, Hiroshima, Japan via Commercial Carrier. Shipping cost shall be included in the quotation.

Note 2. The contractor shall provide warranty for maintenance and repair services within 24 hours after the Contracting Officer's Representative's notice.

Note 3. The constractor shall provide Operation Manual, Replacement Parts List and Eletrical Drawing written in both English and Japanese..

Note 4. Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner.
