This project is being funded, in part, by the Homeland Security Grant Program funds and may be subject to the following Federal requirements:  Executive Order 11246; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968; and Related Acts as well as State laws and regulations.  In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.

The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bids considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action.
