Project Description: The City of Brownsville seeks to release this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to engage a qualified contractor that the City of Brownsville can purchase ready-mix concrete material of either Class P, Class A 3000 PSI or 4000 PSI with fiber mesh, or Class C 3600 PSI with fiber mesh, and deliver the material. Contractor to furnish and deliver Hydraulic Cement Concrete A and C according with ITEM 421 Standard Specifications for Construction of Highways, Street and Bridges Version 2, November 1, 2014.
