2025/26 Purchase and Delivery of #2 Heating Fuel Oil

UPPER GWYNEDD TOWNSHIP
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Electronic SEALED BIDS will be received by Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, on behalf of the Montgomery County Consortium of Municipal Managers for ten communities in Montgomery County for the delivery and purchase of:
• Approximately 58,900 gallons of #2 Heating Fuel Oil for one (1) year from August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026.
Sealed bids shall be submitted electronically via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM, on Tuesday May 27, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Upper Gwynedd Township Administration Building, 1 Parkside Place, North Wales PA 19454. All documents and solicitation details are available online at no cost at PennBid - www.PennBid.net.
Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond as specified in the General Instructions section 1.A. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% is required. Specifications may be obtained electronically, at no cost, on the PennBid Website. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
The Township of Upper Gwynedd and the Montgomery County Consortium reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township and the Consortium.
