Project Description: The City of Palm Coast is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Procurement Card Services (P-card). This Request for Proposals will be used to establish a contract with a single vendor to meet purchasing card needs. It is the intent to maximize the use of funds; therefore, at this time a procurement card program with rebates/revenue sharing is required.
