A Pre-Proposal Conference/Teleconference will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. in the Third Floor Conference Room 3000 of the Washington County Administration Complex at 100 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, Maryland. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory for those wishing to submit proposals, it is strongly encouraged. All interested Proposers are requested to be present. Proposers who wish to participate via teleconference shall call 240-313-2330 prior to the teleconference for further instructions.
