A Pre-Bid Conference/Teleconference will be held on March 25, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. in the Washington County Administration Complex, 100 West Washington Street, Third Floor, Conference Room 3000, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740. All interested bidders are requested to be present. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. Bidders who wish to participate via teleconference, please call 240-313-2330 prior to the teleconference for further instructions. A site tour will be held immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
