A Pre-Bid Conference/Teleconference will be held in the Washington County Administration Complex, 100 West Washington Street, Second Floor Workshop Meeting Room 2001, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740. All interested Bidders are requested to be present. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. Bidders who wish to participate via teleconference, please call 240-313-2330 prior to the teleconference for further instructions. A Walk-Thru Inspection will be held immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
