A Pre-Bid Conference/Teleconference will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. (EDT/EST) at the Washington County Transit Department – 1000 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740, at which time County personnel will be present to answer any questions. All interested bidders are requested to be present. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. All interested bidders wishing to participate via teleconference, please call 240-313-2330 prior to the teleconference to receive instructions.
