(EDT/EST) in the Washington County Administration Complex Third Floor Conference Suite 3000, 100 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, Maryland, at which time County personnel will be present to answer any questions. Participation in this meeting is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged. All interested quoters wishing to take part in the meeting via teleconference shall call 240-313-2330 prior to the meeting to receive instructions.
