A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on May 7, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. in the Hagerstown Regional Airport, ARFF Conference Room, 18434 Showalter Road, Hagerstown, Maryland. A site visit will follow immediately after. All interested bidders are requested to be present. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. Bidders who wish to participate via teleconference, please call 240-313-2330 prior to the teleconference for further instructions.
