NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Directors of Sanitation District No. 1 (SD1) hereby invites the submission of bids
for Pump Station Trash Basket Cleaning Services. Bids for this work will be accepted
electronically on the Quest CDN website from June 18, 2026 until June 25, 2026 at 2:00
PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.
To view Bid Documents, go to www.sd1.org, hover over "How Do I...", and then click "Submit a
Form or Application". Click on "Bids/RFPs/RFQs" and then the link to the Quest CDN Electronic
Bid Online Interface in the dark blue section on the left side of the screen. This solicitation is listed
as Quest eBid Doc # 10164174.
The Bid Documents may be downloaded by registering with Quest CDN online at
www.questcdn.com or calling 952-233-1632. After registration is complete, an On-Line Bid ID
code must be created by clicking on "My Account", then the "User Info" tab. The bidder will create
this code in the designated field per requirements noted. To be considered a Plan-holder, a bidder
must complete registration and download the Bid Documents in digital form at no charge. There
will be a charge of $15.00 to submit a bid. Plan-holders will receive addenda and other bid
document updates via Quest CDN. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through
Quest CDN for bids to be accepted.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at SD1 main
office and online via Microsoft Teams (link below). All interested bidders are strongly encouraged
to attend. The Sanitation District No. 1's specific expectations, procedures, and requirements for
this project will be discussed.

For this solicitation, bids will ONLY be received and accepted via the online electronic bid
service
through QuestCDN.com. To access the electronic bid worksheet, download the bid documents
and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement.
Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled submission deadline.
SD1 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
