Pump and Motor Repair and Maintenance, HVAC & Plumbing / Power Plant

This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for repairs of pumps, fans and motors up to 4500 HP. This includes both routine and emergency field services for removal, cleaning, installation, balancing, alignment, repair, and replacement, in accordance with bid specifications, manufacturer O&M manuals, and technical bulletins. The work will be performed on pumps, fans and motors offsite and located at the State University of New York at Stony Brook to include main campus, R&D Campus, Southampton Campus, Stony Brook University Hospital, residence halls and all other properties owned, managed, or operated by Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, New York 11794

The Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit is scheduled for October 9, 2025, at 1:00PM Only bidders who attend the Site Visit will be able to submit a proposal. The Mandatory in person Pre-Bid Site Visit will be located Stony Brook University (SUNY) in the Procurement Office located at 1512 Development Drive, Building 17, Suite 100, Research & Support Service Stony Brook, NY 11794-6000. The "Request for Wage and Supplement Information" (PW 39) you have submitted has been accepted, and a Prevailing Rate Case Number (PRC# 2025008105 - Pump & Motor Repair / Maint.) has been assigned to the project.
