Pump and Clean Oil-Water Separators - DATE EXTENDED - AMENDED

The number of Oil Water Seperators (OWS) was reduced from 11 to 10.

OWS 53 was removed from the units to be cleaned in this contract.

Added text in Specific Requirements Paragraph 3 states the OWSs analyses will be performed individually.

The Statement of Work was updated to reflect the changes.

The Eleven (11) Oil Water Separators and their associated sand interceptors (SI) that require cleaning will be reduced to ten (10). There will be an amendment posted outling the standing details of the requirement.

“Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”

There are eleven (11) OWS and their associated sand interceptors (SI) that require cleaning for a licensed Oil-Water Separator(s) (OWS) maintenance company In Accordance With (IAW) manufacturers’ recommended levels of cleaning and all Federal, State, and Local Environmental laws and regulations. The cleaning includes sample analysis, pumping, cleaning the chamber, and removing all waste material.

Site Visit: The site visit is planned for 8 May 2025 at 9:00AM (MDT),

Vendor Participation: All interested vendors must submit their names for participation for the site visit by 5 May 2025.

If the details of the modification change the soliciation will be adjusted and posted via an amendment or modification.
