NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

The Department of National Defence (DND), operates a Keysight E8267D Pulse Signal Generator which has malfunctioned, generating error codes. The Keysight E8267D Pulse Signal Generator must be repaired, tested, calibrated and returned to full functionality.

All deliverables must be received on or before 31 March 2026.

Delivery of the items is within Ottawa, Ontario.

Deliverables: The repair, calibration, testing and return to full functionality, of the Keysight E8267D Pulse Signal Generator

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

Canadian Content: The requirement is conditionally subject to a preference for Canadian “goods and services”.

Nature of Requirement: The Contractor must repair Keysight E8267D Pulse Signal Generator, replacing any faulty components, then calibrate and restore the Keysight E8267D Pulse Signal Generator to full functionality.

Delivery Date: 31 March 2026

Competitive Procurement Strategy: For Canada to declare an offer compliant, the offer must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price for award.
