The stormwater management practices consist of bioretention cells and bioinfiltration cells. Additional construction shall include excavation, grading, tree clearing, asphalt overlay, construction survey, mulching, seeding, and planting. Removal and replacement of storm sewer intakes, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and pavement are included along with other incidentals.
