Ongoing need for Standard & Poor's Global Market Intelligence (S&P) subscription services. S&P is a credit rating agency that publishes reports of their research and analytics regarding financial matters for companies who issue debt through the capital markets. S&P offers access to their reports through various online subscriptions. S&P Capital IQ Pro Desktop & Energy(formerly SNL Energy) and S&P RatingsDirect CIQ Pro are the two specific subscriptions currently held by the PUCO. Information available from these subscriptions includes but is not limited to the following: credit ratings of reviewed companies, corporate financial summaries and analytic factsheets, debt issuances, and credit statistics and ratios. The PUCO uses the information provided through these subscriptions to analyze and monitor the financial health and creditworthiness of the utilities we regulate.

The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
Preference may be given to MBE, Edge, WBE, and VFBE businesses certified with the Ohio Department of Development.
Preference may be given to bids that are based on an existing State of Ohio contract (STS, MMA, MCSA, etc.).
Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.
No outside or additional documentation will be considered for pricing. Only the required grid completion will be eligible for selection.
Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.
Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the comments contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a state contract.
AN ACTUAL QUOTE WILL NEED TO BE ATTACHED IN OHIOBUYS. The quote needs to be dated with an expiration date of at least 90 days.
