Public Works Pole Barn

THE POLK COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS IS ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS FROM EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS/VENDORS FOR PROVIDING CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND CONSTRUCTION LABOR OF A 40 X 100 POLE BARN LOCATED AT 69 CLINE INGRAM JACKSON ROAD AT THE POLK COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY IN CEDARTOWN, GEORGIA. THIS IS A MATERIAL & LABOR BID REQUEST. A CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE CONTRACTOR/VENDOR WHOSE BID BEST SATISFIES THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS REQUEST AND BEST SERVES THE INTEREST OF POLK COUNTY. SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL 4:00PM EST ON THURSDAY, MARCH 20, 2025 IN THE COMMISSIONERS OFFICE LOCATED AT 216 MAIN STREET IN CEDARTOWN, GA 30125.

Copies of bid documents may be obtained from the Polk County Administration Office located at 216 Main Street, Cedartown, Georgia 30125. Requests for additional documents (if any) should be filed promptly with Polk County. Bid documents are also available on the Polk County Website: www.polkga.org.

No change will be made to this RFB except by written modification by the County. Requests for interpretation or changes must be in writing, directed to the Public Works Director and received at least (5) Five Calendar Days prior to the time set for opening of the bids.
