Sealed Bids for the following project are sought:

2026 Public Works Landscape Waste Fence Project

General Project Description:

This project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 550 lineal feet of 8’ tall galvanized chain link fence with barb wire,

one (1) 30 ft wide double swing gate, two (2) 24 ft wide double swing gates along with all necessary hardware. The fencing will be

installed from the West end of Warriner St., south to the existing landscape waste drop off site.

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2026 Public Works Landscape Waste Fence Project”

at the following location before the following date and time:

BID DUE DATE: Wednesday, August 5, 2026

BID DUE TIME: 2:00 PM

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Opening Time in the Union Pacific Conference Room 338, 11 Uptown Circle,

Normal, IL 61761

This is a prevailing-wage project.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 29 at 1:00 PM at the Public Works Conference Room,
