BID CALL:

The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Town of Normal Public Works Interior Renovation

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Town of Normal Public Works Interior

Renovation" with the time and date of the opening, which will be Thursday, August 6th, 2026 at 1:30pm prevailing time,

at the Normal City Hall on the Third Floor. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a mandatory pre-bid

conference to be held on Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026, at 1:30pm at the project site conference room (1301 Warriner

Street). Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening.

State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this

job. Bid Forms and Specifications may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle Avenue, Normal, Illinois 61761

or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normal.org . The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all

bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council

and their decision will be final.
