Heavy Duty Cab & Chassis with Dump Body

Candler County, GA is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase or lease of one or more new heavy-duty construction dump trucks. Units must meet or exceed the following specifications: 6x4 axle, GVWR 66,000 lbs, GCWR 140,000 lbs, diesel engine (Cummins X15 470HP or equivalent), Allison 4500 RDS automatic transmission or equivalent, and 16' steel dump body with LED lights, tarp, spreader chains, swing gate, high lift gate, mud flaps, vibrator, and backup alarm.

Bids must include:

Itemized pricing for cab & chassis, dump body, and installed equipment

Delivery timeline (vehicle must be ready for use upon delivery)

Warranty details (standard and extended, if available)

Optional lease terms (60-month with maintenance, excluding tires)

Bids must be sealed. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered. The County reserves the right to reject any/all bids, accept parts of bids, and waive technicalities in the best interest of the County.
