The City of Kirksville, Missouri will accept sealed bids for PUBLIC WORKS COMPLEX ROOF PROJECT (2001 N. Osteopathy St.) at the office of the City Clerk, 201 S. Franklin St, Kirksville, Missouri 63501-3580, until 3:00 pm, Thursday, October 9, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids must be plainly marked in the lower left corner of the envelope: Sealed Bid: Public Works Complex Roof. Copies of the Bid Documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from the City of Kirksville Community & Economic Development Department, Codes & Planning Division, by email to sray@kirksville.gov.

The City of Kirksville reserves the right to refuse any bid for any sound, documented reason. No bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the day of opening bids.
