Public Service Department Facility Assessment and Master Plan Development

Project Description: The City of Westerville is seeking proposals for professional architectural and engineering design services to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment and develop a master plan for improvements to our Public Service Department’s 350 Park Meadow Road facility. The facility currently serves as the primary municipal garage operations center for the City. The scope of the City’s project largely includes evaluating the current state of the facility, assessing operational inefficiencies, identifying space utilization challenges, and developing a comprehensive master plan that will guide future improvements to optimize the facility for its intended municipal garage operations and support functions, while also considering surrounding site needs. The selected Consultant shall provide professional services including facility assessment, space programming, conceptual design alternatives, cost estimating, and phasing recommendations.
