Description
The project will consist of the installation of 3M™ Scotchshield™ Safety and Security Window Film Ultra S800 or equivalent on the interior surface of approximately forty-three (43) windows.
A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 5. Attendees shall meet at the Plaza on the East side of the Public Service Center located at 1300 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660.
