The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified, Minnesota-licensed medical and occupational health providers who have a demonstrated capacity to administer and interpret comprehensive physical examinations and drug screenings and deliver the corresponding services in an efficient and expedited manner that supports DPS efforts to extend written offers of employment as soon as practicable to ideal candidates.
