Description

The Contractor, at a minimum, shall provide the PSOB Office with the following services that relate to all PSOB death, disability, and educational (as needed) assistance claims.



Maintain and operate the BJA PSOB Customer Call Center



Provide case file management



Provide customer resource assistance



Paralegal support services
