BOROUGH OF HANOVER

PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING

Online sealed bids for the construction of Public Safety Building will be received by Borough of Hanover via the PennBid Program at pennbid.bonfirehub.com until Monday, May 19, 2025 at Â 10:00 a.m. local prevailing time; at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Borough of Hanover Public Administration Building, 33 Frederick Street, Hanover, PA.

Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at no cost at www.PennBid.bonfirehub.com .

Each bidder is required to submit bid security in the amount of 10% the estimated contract price with their submission to Pennbid, subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. A performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the estimated contract price, shall be required from the successful bidder. A non-collusion affidavit is required for this bid.
